Are you interested in a property but cannot be there in person on the scheduled viewing date or are unable to view the property in person for other reasons?
Then we have the solution for you. Thanks to a virtual tour, you can view and inspect your dream home at any time and as often as you like, without having to be there in person.

Purchasing a property in Sweden:

Assistance in applying for the mandatory tax number.
Assistance or conduct of the bidding process for the interested party upon request until the end of the auction.
As well as associated telephone calls and the necessary correspondence.

What do I need for my property?:

We will translate application forms and registrations for your property for you.
Registration for garbage, water/wastewater
Registration with the electricity provider
Recommendation for home and building insurance
Registration with the chimney sweep
possible contact with building authorities in the event of structural changes/extensions, etc.
We help you with your annual Swedish tax return.
Price: €420.00 incl. 25% VAT*
Financing package
Preparation of a financing offer:
Establishing contact with our financing partner.
Sending the self-disclosure forms to the applicant.
German translation of the exposé of your dream home property as a basis for financing.
Send the exposé in German, as well as the self-disclosure to the financing partner.
After receiving the offer, forwarding to the HausTraum-Sweden interested party.

Important:
You can also book our packages independently of purchasing our properties.
For properties offered and brokered by us, we charge a brokerage commission after the bidding process has been awarded in your favor and after a Swedish purchase agreement has been signed via a real estate agent.
4.8% incl. 25% VAT* of the final price of the property we advertised will be charged.
Payment is due 7 days after receipt of our invoice.
For buyers of a property brokered by us, the administrative package, as well as the use of the "Housekeeping Värmland" extra, is free of charge and will be offset against the commission.
If a property sale is initiated with our services but not completed, we only charge for the services/packages provided.
* The 25% VAT refers to our Swedish company and is charged in SEK at the current Swedish daily rate.
