The bathroom has a toilet, a vanity, a shower cubicle, an electric towel rack, and a drying cabinet. The floor and walls are covered with synthetic carpet, while the ceiling is made of white wood. The electric underfloor heating can be conveniently controlled via Wi-Fi. The shower room is also equipped for a washing machine connection. The sauna features a synthetic floor mat and sauna panels. A Tylö sauna heater and a water heater are located under the bench.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has two bunk beds, including a wider one, and two wardrobes. The light wooden floor, laser-cut wall panels, and the white wooden ceiling, open to the ridge, give the room a welcoming atmosphere.

This attractive kitchen features an open floor plan that seamlessly connects with the living room. It features elegant green kitchen doors and a light laminate countertop complemented by a tiled backsplash. The dining area boasts generous windows with stunning views and a functional bench with integrated storage. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including a stove, a combined oven/microwave, an extractor hood, as well as an integrated dishwasher and a fridge/freezer combination – most of the appliances are from IKEA, while the dishwasher is from Bosch.
The light wooden floor, the laser-cut wall panels, and the white wooden ceiling, open to the ridge, create a bright and inviting atmosphere in the living area. A staircase leads to the sleeping loft, and a door provides access to the balcony. A wood-burning stove (Contura with soapstone) further enhances the space. Overall, the entire area has a very harmonious feel.

Welcome to Mattila – a resort with year-round experiences! Mattila is located in Finnskogen, the western part of Torsby Municipality. It is approximately 40 km from Torsby town center. Mattila offers both summer and winter activities. In the winter months, cross-country skiing is one of the predominant activities, with up to 70 kilometers of trails to choose from. In the summer months, there is a wide range of activities, ranging from hiking and biking to sightseeing and excursions. The resort has a restaurant and cabins for rent in the two cabin areas of Mattila and Mattilamäki.
