Hälletorp Manor is a unique lakeside estate dating back to 1830.
It consists of five buildings.
This house is absolutely luxurious and has been completely renovated to an exclusive standard.
The main house has been restored, retaining original features such as the fully functional wood-burning stove.
The interior color scheme was created by a Danish designer to harmonize with the colors of the surrounding wildflowers in spring.
Electricity, roof, plumbing, sewage pipes and chimneys were replaced.
Heating and cooking can be done with gas, wood or electricity.

The natural beauty of the property is further enhanced by the careful landscaping of a Dutch eco-historian.
This landscaping highlights twelve different areas, each with its own unique nature experience,
for example the pond, the lake, the heath or the orchard.

The property has plenty of wood and its own well, allowing you to be self-sufficient.

A special feature of the property is that you own the lakeside part of the property, as the farm dates back to a time when this was still possible.
A terrace was created there, which blends harmoniously into the surroundings.
This is an ideal place for yoga, meditation or sunbathing.
Sometimes you look up and see the eyes of a doe and her cub staring at you from the ridge.

A fishing boat can moor on the lower terrace.

A wonderful guest house, which blends perfectly into the surroundings, is also at your disposal.
