A storage room and a practical entrance hall provide additional storage space and functionality.
The tiled kitchen, incorporating stone elements from the Långban mine, lends the house a unique character. A separate dining room, ideal for dinners and social gatherings, adjoins the living room. A spacious shower room, connected to a utility room, ensures comfort and practicality in everyday life. Attention to detail is evident throughout the house – for example, doors from a local bakery and iron ingots from a nearby ironworks have been integrated, adding a personal touch and a clear connection to the area's history. A storage room and a practical entrance hall provide additional storage space and functionality.
The property features solar panels, resulting in more energy-efficient living. The spacious double garage accommodates two cars and offers ample storage space. Three additional storage rooms are available within the house – ideal for those who appreciate organization and plenty of space. The garage's robust construction contributes to the property's stability. The separate guesthouse, built in 2015, provides excellent overnight accommodation for visitors. Here, you'll enjoy peace and seclusion, yet be close to the beautiful natural surroundings. A practical shed with storage space is also available – perfect for garden tools, recreational equipment, or additional storage.

The property, characterized by its spacious dimensions, varied layout, and beautiful details, exudes character and natural charm. Here you have the opportunity to fully enjoy nature and the water. The lakeside location with its own jetty allows you to go boating, swimming, and admire the magnificent sunsets over the water.
