The house is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the forest. It's an ideal place for families with children or seniors seeking peace and relaxation. The bus stop is only 300 meters away. In Koppom, you'll find a bank, a supermarket, a hardware store, and a pizzeria. Another advantage is the primary school up to grade 9, which is very convenient for families with children. We bought the house 10 years ago when our children were 6 and 8 years old. During that time, we met many lovely people in Koppom. They are very friendly and helpful. Our children enjoyed a peaceful childhood and attended the wonderful school, after-school care center, and kindergarten in Koppom, where the teachers always placed great emphasis on optimal learning and outdoor play. As the children grew older, they wanted to spend every free minute with their friends in Arvika, which unfortunately made it difficult for us to visit them. Therefore, we decided to sell the house.
