Swedish dream in a great location with a lot of potential

Here you'll find a gem waiting to be brought back to life. We purchased the house with the intention of offering it as a beautiful holiday home for rent. However, since we are now relocating, the distance is simply too great for us, and we have reluctantly decided to let the property go so that someone else can realize their own ideas and create a home in this beautiful area. There are so many possibilities. The house is in good condition and was occupied until 2023. There is no dampness or serious damage. The floors in the hallway, kitchen and WC are fitted with Swedish PVC.

A new water pump with a fine filter and a new hot water boiler are located in a storage room under the stairs. (Replaced in 2024).

Some of the plumbing in the bathroom has already been replaced, as has some in the kitchen. A new toilet is available and just needs to be installed. (A shower and a new sink can be purchased separately by arrangement.)

Kitchen:

The original Swedish kitchen is still there, in excellent condition with plenty of storage space. These kitchens are worth their weight in gold. The stove is relatively new and has been used very rarely. The floor is covered with modern PVC flooring.

Room next to the kitchen:

If the wallpaper has already been removed, there is a practical built-in wardrobe there.

Living room:

Laminate flooring in good condition. A typical Swedish tiled stove, fully functional. A new patio door has already been installed for future expansion to a terrace or conservatory.

Lower Floor:

Entrance hall to the next room: Our plan was to remove the wall here so that there would be natural light in the next room. This is possible.

1 Zimmer:

Older wooden floors. Ceilings paneled with wood. There's access to a storage room here. This could be wonderfully converted into additional living space.

Zimmer 2:

The floor here has already been replaced with new wood. The walls are also covered with wood paneling.

Outbuildings: There is a well house and a woodshed with two additional storage rooms. Plenty of space. There is also a root cellar on the property, which is currently inaccessible.

Further information:

  • Water comes from the Brunner spring and there is a septic tank which has been emptied once a year so far.

  • Fiber optic cable is not installed in the house, but has been laid along the street.

  • Size of the house: Ground floor 37.85 sq m, Upper floor 18.28 sq m (without deducting the sloping ceilings)
